TailorGo is the marketplace operating system for Malaysia's stitching economy. We connect customers to verified tailors via a tier-based ranking platform, handle pickup & delivery via a rider network, process secure payments, and take a 10–20% commission scaled by quality tier.

Three structural shifts make this the right moment for TailorGo:

  • DuitNow & smartphones: 750M+ Malaysians now have DuitNow; 600M+ smartphone users. Payment friction is gone.
  • Last-mile rider density: Grab, Foodpanda, Lalamove have built rider networks in 100+ cities. We can plug in or partner.
  • Dying high-street tailors: Younger generation isn't entering the trade. Discovery + scale is the only path forward.

Existing alternatives — like StitchFix-style direct-to-consumer brands — don't solve the local custom-fit problem. GoGet is closest in model but has chosen not to enter tailoring at scale. The window is open.

10–20% take rate from tailors, scaled by quality tier. Master tier pays only 10% to incentivise excellence.
